
Mantra Voice Terms of Use

In this Agreement, “We/Us/Our,” means Mantra Voice, and, “You/Your/I” means You as the user of our Services. By using these Services, You agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Payment Policies
Mantra Voice is committed to providing you with the highest quality Services. Timely payment of your bill is an integral part of our process. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. Mantra Voice will provide you with an invoice outlining the Services rendered and the amount charged. If fees are not paid in full, coaching sessions may be postponed or canceled until payment is received. Charges incurred and not paid after 30 days may be turned over to a collection agency at your expense. Overdue accounts may also be reported to a credit bureau. You are responsible for all legal and collection fees which Mantra Voice may incur if payment is not made in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Refunds will be issued upon request only in instances of over-payment. Refunds for over-payments made with a credit card will be credited back to the credit card used; all other refunds will be issued by a check.
Attendance / Cancellation Policy
While Mantra Voice understands that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancellations or “no shows”. Additionally, all cancellations shall be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A fee equal to the full session charge will be assessed if cancellations are made less than the required 24 hours in advance, or if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.
If you reschedule / are late for three scheduled appointments within your plan of care, the office will reserve the right to cancel all pending appointments and to no longer offer services to you. Additionally, if you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time or may be canceled.
